Description

White 50 ml HDPE Bottle with Black and Silver Disc Top 24/410

White 50 ml HDPE bottle with black and silver Disc Top 24/410 is a compact packaging solution combining a simple white bottle with a distinctive two-tone closure. The bottle measures 89 mm in height and 34 mm in width, has a circular base and weighs 7 g.

The 24/410 neck finish is matched with a smooth Disc Top closure made of polypropylene (PP). The closure itself measures 28 mm in height and 27 mm in width and weighs 5 g. Its construction allows access to the dispensing opening without unscrewing the entire closure from the bottle.

Thanks to its 50 ml capacity, the HDPE bottle remains compact and convenient for everyday use and can be incorporated into product ranges requiring smaller packaging formats.

HDPE – Material and Its Characteristics

The body of the 50 ml bottle is made of HDPE, a material commonly used for bottles and other plastic packaging. In this version, HDPE creates a lightweight bottle weighing only 7 g.

The white surface provides a neutral base that can be complemented with an individual label and adapted to the visual identity of a specific product or brand. The bottle is finished with a 24/410 threaded neck, designed to accommodate a compatible closure.

In this set, the bottle is combined with a black and silver Disc Top 24/410. The contrast between the simple white HDPE body and the decorative two-tone closure creates a visually distinctive packaging combination.

Construction, Shape and Method of Use

The 50 ml HDPE bottle has a slim construction measuring 89 mm in height and 34 mm in width. Its circular base and compact dimensions create a convenient package that occupies little space and is easy to hold.

The upper section of the bottle features a standard 24/410 neck finish. The fitted Disc Top provides access to the product without removing the entire closure from the bottle neck.

The user presses the appropriate section of the Disc Top to expose the dispensing opening. After dispensing the required amount of product, the closure can be returned to its closed position.

This construction simplifies repeated use of the contents and is suitable for products intended to be dispensed directly from a compact bottle.

Dispensing with the Disc Top 24/410

Dispensing is controlled by the smooth Disc Top 24/410, manufactured from polypropylene (PP). The closure measures 28 mm in height and 27 mm in width and weighs 5 g.

The Disc Top mechanism provides access to the dispensing opening by pressing the closure rather than completely unscrewing it from the bottle neck. After use, the dispensing section can be closed again.

The smooth surface and combination of black and silver distinguish the closure visually from the white bottle. The 50 ml bottle with Disc Top therefore combines a compact format with a practical opening and dispensing mechanism.

24/410 Neck Finish and Connection Between Components

Both the bottle and Disc Top use the 24/410 standard, allowing the two components to form a matched packaging set. The closure is screwed directly onto the bottle neck and remains in place during standard product use.

There is no need to remove the entire closure during every application because access to the contents is provided through the Disc Top mechanism. This distinguishes it from a traditional screw cap that needs to be completely removed before the contents can be accessed.

The Disc Top is made of PP, while the bottle body is made of HDPE. The combination of these materials and the contrasting white, black and silver colours creates a simple bottle with a more distinctive closure design.

Capacity, Dimensions and Practical Features

The 50 ml HDPE bottle with 24/410 neck finish measures 89 mm in height and 34 mm in width and weighs 7 g. Its compact dimensions create a small and convenient packaging format.

The Disc Top measures 28 mm in height and 27 mm in width and weighs 5 g. The 50 ml capacity can be used to create a smaller product format or to complement a range containing several different capacities.

1. Do czego można wykorzystać butelkę HDPE 50 ml z Disc Topem?

Butelka HDPE 50 ml z Disc Topem została przygotowana przede wszystkim z myślą o zastosowaniach kosmetycznych i pielęgnacyjnych. Przed zastosowaniem do konkretnej formulacji należy sprawdzić jej kompatybilność z materiałem butelki i rodzajem zamknięcia.

4. Jak działa zamknięcie Disc Top?

Disc Top umożliwia dostęp do produktu bez konieczności każdorazowego odkręcania całego zamknięcia od szyjki butelki. Konstrukcja pozwala otworzyć część dozującą, pobrać odpowiednią ilość zawartości, a następnie ponownie zamknąć opakowanie.

Użytkownik otwiera część dozującą zamknięcia, pobiera produkt, a następnie ponownie ją zamyka. Jest to praktyczne rozwiązanie w przypadku kosmetyków i produktów pielęgnacyjnych stosowanych regularnie. Cały Disc Top można odkręcić wtedy, gdy potrzebny jest pełny dostęp do szyjki butelki.

10. Czy na butelce można zastosować własną etykietę?

Biała powierzchnia butelki HDPE 50 ml może stanowić bazę dla własnej etykiety oraz identyfikacji wizualnej produktu. FAQ

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

1. What can the 50 ml HDPE bottle with Disc Top be used for?

The 50 ml HDPE bottle with Disc Top is intended primarily for cosmetic and personal care applications. It can be considered for products dispensed directly from the bottle, including selected shampoos, hair conditioners, body lotions, cosmetic emulsions and gels. Its compact capacity also allows manufacturers to create a smaller format within a wider product range. The actual suitability of the packaging depends on the properties and consistency of the specific formulation, so compatibility with the HDPE bottle, PP closure and Disc Top dispensing mechanism should be verified before regular production begins.

2. What is the capacity of the bottle?

The bottle has a capacity of 50 ml, making it a compact packaging format. It can be used when a manufacturer wants to offer a smaller version of a cosmetic or personal care product or add another capacity to an existing packaging range. The bottle itself measures 89 mm in height and 34 mm in width, so it occupies relatively little space. Its compact dimensions can also be useful when several products need to be combined within one cosmetic set or when a smaller format is required as part of a broader product portfolio.

3. What material is the bottle made from?

The body of the 50 ml bottle is made of HDPE. It is white, measures 89 mm in height and 34 mm in width and weighs 7 g. HDPE is commonly used in the production of bottles and other plastic packaging. The white surface creates a neutral visual base that can be complemented with an individual label and adapted to the visual identity of a specific brand. The Disc Top closure is made separately from PP – polypropylene. Compatibility between the intended formulation and the packaging materials should always be verified before use.

4. How does the Disc Top closure work?

The Disc Top allows access to the product without unscrewing the entire closure from the bottle neck each time. Its construction allows the dispensing section to be opened by pressing the appropriate part of the closure. The product can then be dispensed directly from the bottle. After use, the dispensing section can be returned to the closed position. The closure therefore remains attached to the bottle during normal use, making repeated opening and closing more convenient than with a traditional screw cap that must be completely removed before each application.

5. What neck finish does the bottle have?

The bottle features a 24/410 neck finish. The Disc Top included in the set uses the same standard, meaning that both components are designed to form a matched packaging configuration. The neck-finish specification is an important technical parameter when selecting closures for a particular bottle. If a different closure is to be used in the future, its compatibility with the complete 24/410 standard should be checked rather than relying only on the nominal neck diameter. In the presented set, the bottle and Disc Top are supplied as compatible components.

6. What are the specifications of the black and silver Disc Top?

The Disc Top 24/410 is made of PP and features a black and silver finish. The closure measures 28 mm in height and 27 mm in width and weighs 5 g. Its surface is smooth. The combination of black and silver creates a distinctive visual contrast with the white HDPE bottle, making the closure an important element of the overall packaging design. The Disc Top is designed to remain attached to the bottle during regular use and provides access to the dispensing section through its press-to-open mechanism. The closure originates from Poland.

7. Can the bottle be used for hair care products?

The 50 ml HDPE bottle with Disc Top can be considered when designing packaging for hair care and professional cosmetic products. Its compact capacity makes it possible to create a smaller product format, while the Disc Top mechanism allows the contents to be accessed without removing the entire closure. Potential applications include appropriately formulated shampoos, conditioners and other hair care preparations. Before selecting the packaging for a particular product, its consistency and compatibility with HDPE, PP and the specific dispensing mechanism should be evaluated.

8. What are the dimensions of the 50 ml HDPE bottle?

The white 50 ml HDPE bottle measures 89 mm in height and 34 mm in width. Its base is circular, and the empty bottle weighs 7 g. These compact dimensions make it suitable for smaller cosmetic and personal care product formats. The measurements should also be taken into account when designing a label, outer packaging or multi-product set. The white surface provides space for product information and branding, while the black and silver Disc Top adds a contrasting decorative element to the finished packaging.

9. Does the Disc Top need to be unscrewed every time the product is used?

No. One of the key features of the Disc Top closure is that the entire closure does not need to be unscrewed from the bottle during each use. The user presses the appropriate part of the closure to open the dispensing section, uses the required amount of product and then closes it again. The Disc Top remains screwed onto the 24/410 bottle neck during standard use. The entire closure can still be removed when full access to the bottle neck is required, for example during filling or other packaging operations.

10. Can an individual label be applied to the bottle?

Yes. The white surface of the 50 ml HDPE bottle provides a neutral base for an individual product label and brand identity. The label can contain the product name, logo, ingredients, directions for use and other required information. The contrasting black and silver Disc Top can also form part of the overall visual concept and help give the packaging a more distinctive finish. When preparing the label design, its dimensions should be adapted to the actual available surface of the bottle, which measures 89 mm in height and 34 mm in width.
